Some Colorful Colorado Scenery for Wallpaper Tuesday

Every week, Art and I produce our podcast from beautiful Colorado. Just to share a little bit of it with you, I picked this photo, “Colorful Colorado River” by Wisdoc.

I would like to tell you that this is the view from one of the windows in my office at the Two Guys Tech headquarters, but our facility is far to deep underground for windows. That would only let a massive amount of dirt and rock it, crushing our staff and our equipment.

This picture illustrates one of the reasons why we've chosen Colorado for the Two Guys Tech headquarters. Besides the presence of NORAD, it's also the beauty of the place. I just don’t know many places that are as breathtaking as Colorado. At least not many other places I’ve been. Not to mention the great protection from ICBMs.

Now, I don’t want to start a "whose state is prettier" contest, or a "whose state is going to go first in the Nuclear apocalypse" contest either.

I’m very fond of saying that “The mind can make a hell out of a heaven, or a heaven out of a hell”. I’m not sure who said it first, but I discovered it while I was in the Marine Corps, and I still find it true to this day.

The Mountains here are spectacular, and the rock formations are out of this world. The weather is great, and even the winters aren’t that bad.
