How to Create a New Profile in Outlook 2003

    One of the tried and true methods for troubleshooting issues with Microsoft Outlook is to create a brand new profile. Here’s how you go about doing it.

    (Clicking on an image will open a larger version in a new window)

    Close Outlook, and give it a few minutes for the process to exit.

    Click on Start > Control Panel

    Double Click on the Mail Icon

    Click on the Show Profiles Button

Where does Outlook Store it's outlook.ost file in Windows Vista

If you're like me, you're constantly going to look at the offline folders file, outlook.ost, to see exactly how large your offline mail is. Or you may be looking to delete extend.dat, or any of the other cache files. Now, along comes Vista, and things are a little different. Well have no fear, it's not too hard to find.

Microsoft Equipt - Consumer Subscription Service

imageYesterday, July 2nd, 2008, Microsoft announced a new consumer targeted subscription service called "Microsoft Equipt". The program is priced at $69.99 per year, and will be available through Circuit City starting later on this month.
